What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 8:30am to 7:00pm MST 7 days a week.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay (when checking out on Apple devices), Affirm financing, and cash.

 

Why does my coupon code not work?

The first step is to make sure you've entered the correct information. If it still does not work, please contact us.

 

Do you accept returns?

What if I need to cancel my order?

An item on an order or an entire order not yet fulfilled (shipped) may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order, though it will require a 10% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit or another item for purchase. Orders that are already fulfilled are not able to be canceled and the Returns policy will apply.  Exceptions to this policy are for Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the Customer. These items may not be canceled.  

 

I’m tired of waiting for my order to ship.  Can I cancel it?

An item can sometimes take two (2) weeks to two (2) months to ship depending on the manufacturer and what was ordered. Please see both our Returns & Refunds Policies and Shipping Policies for more information.

 

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

We offer shipping to alternate addresses for existing customers or verified customers only.  Unlike other online retailers, we do not strictly ship to billing addresses as long as you are able to verify your transaction.  A list of options on how to do so will be e-mailed after ordering, or you can contact us prior to ordering.

 

How fast will my order be shipped to me?
